Persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken

Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens doordat u gebruik maakt van onze diensten en/of omdat u deze zelf aan ons verstrekt. Hieronder vindt u een overzicht van de persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken:

Een aantal persoonsgegevens worden op de website als een verplicht veld aangeduid (gemarkeerd met een asterisk [*]). Deze verplichte informatie is nodig om de gevraagde diensten te kunnen bieden, zoals het verzenden van informatie of offertes. Wij willen u erop wijzen dat ook wanneer u als zakelijke klant onze website bezoekt, wij deze gegevens als (indirecte) persoonsgegevens beschouwen en dus uw privacy blijven waarborgen. Met welk doel en op basis van welke grondslag wij persoonsgegevens verwerken

Wemeco Nederland B.V. verwerkt uw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doelen, en op basis van de daarbij behorende rechtsgronden uit de AVG:

  • Het verzenden van informatie of offertes – uitvoering van een overeenkomst
  • Het telefonisch of per e-mail kunnen bereiken van contactpersonen – gerechtvaardigd belang of uitvoering overeenkomst
  • Het versturen van nieuwsbrieven – toestemming
  • Het analyseren van websitegebruik om onze website te verbeteren – toestemming via cookiebanner
  • Het informeren over wijzigingen in onze diensten of producten – gerechtvaardigd belang
  • Het leveren van goederen of services – uitvoering van een overeenkomst

Hoe lang we de persoonsgegevens bewaren

Wemeco Nederland BV bewaart uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor uw gegevens worden verzameld. Wij hanteren de volgende bewaartermijnen voor de volgende (categorieën) van persoonsgegevens:

  • Nieuwsbrieven: bij het uitschrijven van een nieuwsbrief zullen uw gegevens gerelateerd aan deze nieuwsbrief uiterlijk binnen twee weken, na een opt-out, worden verwijderd.
  • Bij een informatieverzoek, offerte- of brochure-aanvraag zullen uw gegevens niet langer dan zeven jaar bewaard worden.
  • Indien er een relatie ontstaat, door bijvoorbeeld de afname van en product of productsample zullen de gegevens voor de duur van de relatie plus maximaal zeven jaar na beëindiging van de relatie bewaard worden.

Delen van persoonsgegevens met derden

Wij delen uw persoonsgegevens met verschillende derden als dit noodzakelijk is voor het uitvoeren van de overeenkomst en om te voldoen aan een eventuele wettelijke verplichting. Met bedrijven die uw gegevens verwerken in onze opdracht, sluiten wij een Verwerkersovereenkomst om te zorgen voor eenzelfde niveau van beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid van uw gegevens. Wij blijven verantwoordelijk voor deze verwerkingen.

Derden partijen en doel van de gegevensdeling:

  • Deling met in opdracht werkende adviseurs en uitvoerende partijen met als doel; mailingen te verzorgen, de website(s) te verbeteren (o.a. ter controle en verbetering van formulieren op de website). Tevens zullen deze verwerkende partij(en) toegang hebben tot de Google Analytics data van onze website, dit ter verbetering van de gebruikerservaring en conversieregistratie binnen de website.
  • Opname van gegevens in ons (online) ERP/CRM pakket met als doel u de gewenste informatie/materialen te kunnen sturen zoals offertes, u onze nieuwsbrief te kunnen sturen, u te kunnen bellen of e-mailen indien dit nodig is om onze dienstverlening uit te kunnen voeren, u te informeren over wijzigingen van onze diensten en producten, of om goederen en diensten bij u af te leveren.
  • Productievestigingen binnen de Europese Economische Ruimte (EER): het kan voorkomen dat producten direct vanuit een buitenlandse vestiging aan u worden verzonden. In dat geval zullen wij de noodzakelijke afleverinformatie aan de betreffende (buitenlandse) vestiging delen. Deze vestigingen zijn gevestigd binnen de EER en vallen daarmee onder de Europese privacywetgeving (AVG).
  • Logistieke dienstverleners binnen de EER: als de levering wordt verzorgd door een externe logistieke dienstverlener, worden de noodzakelijke aflevergegevens aan deze partij verstrekt. Ook deze partijen zijn gevestigd binnen de EER.
  • Er vindt geen doorgifte plaats aan partijen buiten de EER, tenzij anders vermeld.

Cookies, of vergelijkbare technieken, die wij gebruiken

Op onze website worden technische, functionele, Analytics en tracking cookies gebruikt. Een cookie is een klein tekstbestand dat bij het eerste bezoek aan deze website wordt opgeslagen op uw computer, tablet of smartphone. Om er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek tot inzage door u is gedaan, vragen wij u een kopie van uw identiteitsbewijs met het verzoek mee te sturen. Maak in deze kopie uw pasfoto, MRZ (machine readable zone, de strook met nummers onderaan het paspoort), paspoortnummer en Burgerservicenummer (BSN) zwart. Dit ter bescherming van uw privacy. We reageren zo snel mogelijk, maar binnen vier weken, op uw verzoek.

How long we retain personal data

Wemeco Nederland BV does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:

  • Newsletters: when unsubscribing from a newsletter, your data related to this newsletter will be deleted within two weeks after opt-out.
  • For information requests, quote or brochure requests, your data will not be stored for longer than seven years.
  • If a relationship is established, for example through the purchase of a product or product sample, the data will be retained for the duration of the relationship plus a maximum of seven years after termination of the relationship.

Sharing personal data with third parties

We share your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a Processor Agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processing activities.

Third parties and purpose of data sharing:

  • Sharing with consultants and executing parties working on our behalf with the purpose of: providing mailings, improving the website(s) (including checking and improving forms on the website). These processing parties will also have access to the Google Analytics data of our website, to improve the user experience and conversion tracking within the website.
  • Inclusion of data in our (online) ERP/CRM system with the purpose of sending you the requested information/materials such as quotes, sending you our newsletter, being able to call or email you if necessary to carry out our services, inform you about changes to our services and products, or to deliver goods and services to you.
  • Production facilities within the European Economic Area (EEA): it may happen that products are shipped directly to you from a foreign facility. In that case, we will share the necessary delivery information with the relevant (foreign) facility.   • Logistics service providers within the EEA: if the delivery is handled by an external logistics service provider, the necessary delivery details will be provided to this party. These parties are also located within the EEA.
  • No transfer takes place to parties outside the EEA, unless otherwise stated.

Uiteraard zijn wij ook in staat om de traptreden in de door u gewenste klantspecifieke afmetingen te produceren. Voor zowel de hoogte als de breedte geldt dat deze vrij gekozen kunnen worden.

Met behulp van onze wemStep® Configurator kunt u naast de standaard traptreden ook heel eenvoudig uw eigen traptreden samenstellen. De configurator berekent tevens de bijbehorende maximale belasting. Daarnaast ontvangt u met een druk op de knop uw klantspecifieke dxf, STEP of BIM file die u voor uw eigen tekening kunt gebruiken. Ook krijgt u de complete bestektekst en productspecificaties van de geconfigureerde trede.

wemStep® Spindle treads are available in two different designs: single and double-folded profiles. When both the front and back of the tread are bent twice, we refer to it as a double fold. This technique not only results in improved load-bearing capacity and stiffness of the tread but also in a beautifully rounded finish.
