Persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken

Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens doordat u gebruik maakt van onze diensten en/of omdat u deze zelf aan ons verstrekt. Hieronder vindt u een overzicht van de persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken:

  • Overige persoonsgegevens die u actief verstrekt, bijvoorbeeld door uw functie aan te geven of uw productinteresse kenbaar te maken. Dit kan door u aangegeven zijn via de website, in correspondentie of telefonisch.

Een aantal persoonsgegevens worden op de website als een verplicht veld aangeduid (gemarkeerd met een asterisk [*]). Deze verplichte informatie is nodig om de gevraagde diensten te kunnen bieden, zoals het verzenden van informatie of offertes. Wij willen u erop wijzen dat ook wanneer u als zakelijke klant onze website bezoekt, wij deze gegevens als (indirecte) persoonsgegevens beschouwen en dus uw privacy blijven waarborgen. Met welk doel en op basis van welke grondslag wij persoonsgegevens verwerken

Wemeco Nederland B.V. verwerkt uw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doelen, en op basis van de daarbij behorende rechtsgronden uit de AVG:

  • Het verzenden van informatie of offertes – uitvoering van een overeenkomst
  • Het telefonisch of per e-mail kunnen bereiken van contactpersonen – gerechtvaardigd belang of uitvoering overeenkomst
  • Het versturen van nieuwsbrieven – toestemming
  • Het analyseren van websitegebruik om onze website te verbeteren – toestemming via cookiebanner
  • Het informeren over wijzigingen in onze diensten of producten – gerechtvaardigd belang
  • Het leveren van goederen of services – uitvoering van een overeenkomst
  • Het voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen, zoals bewaarplicht voor de belastingdienst – wettelijke verplichting

 

Hoe lang we de persoonsgegevens bewaren

Wemeco Nederland BV bewaart uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor uw gegevens worden verzameld. Wij hanteren de volgende bewaartermijnen voor de volgende (categorieën) van persoonsgegevens:

  • Nieuwsbrieven: bij het uitschrijven van een nieuwsbrief zullen uw gegevens gerelateerd aan deze nieuwsbrief uiterlijk binnen twee weken, na een opt-out, worden verwijderd.
  • Bij een informatieverzoek, offerte- of brochure-aanvraag zullen uw gegevens niet langer dan zeven jaar bewaard worden.
  • Indien er een relatie ontstaat, door bijvoorbeeld de afname van en product of productsample zullen de gegevens voor de duur van de relatie plus maximaal zeven jaar na beëindiging van de relatie bewaard worden.

Delen van persoonsgegevens met derden

Wij delen uw persoonsgegevens met verschillende derden als dit noodzakelijk is voor het uitvoeren van de overeenkomst en om te voldoen aan een eventuele wettelijke verplichting. Met bedrijven die uw gegevens verwerken in onze opdracht, sluiten wij een Verwerkersovereenkomst om te zorgen voor eenzelfde niveau van beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid van uw gegevens. Wij blijven verantwoordelijk voor deze verwerkingen.

Derden partijen en doel van de gegevensdeling:

  • Deling met in opdracht werkende adviseurs en uitvoerende partijen met als doel; mailingen te verzorgen, de website(s) te verbeteren (o.a. ter controle en verbetering van formulieren op de website). Tevens zullen deze verwerkende partij(en) toegang hebben tot de Google Analytics data van onze website, dit ter verbetering van de gebruikerservaring en conversieregistratie binnen de website.
  • Opname van gegevens in ons (online) ERP/CRM pakket met als doel u de gewenste informatie/materialen te kunnen sturen zoals offertes, u onze nieuwsbrief te kunnen sturen, u te kunnen bellen of e-mailen indien dit nodig is om onze dienstverlening uit te kunnen voeren, u te informeren over wijzigingen van onze diensten en producten, of om goederen en diensten bij u af te leveren.
  • Productievestigingen binnen de Europese Economische Ruimte (EER): het kan voorkomen dat producten direct vanuit een buitenlandse vestiging aan u worden verzonden. In dat geval zullen wij de noodzakelijke afleverinformatie aan de betreffende (buitenlandse) vestiging delen. Deze vestigingen zijn gevestigd binnen de EER en vallen daarmee onder de Europese privacywetgeving (AVG).
  • Logistieke dienstverleners binnen de EER: als de levering wordt verzorgd door een externe logistieke dienstverlener, worden de noodzakelijke aflevergegevens aan deze partij verstrekt. Ook deze partijen zijn gevestigd binnen de EER.
  • Er vindt geen doorgifte plaats aan partijen buiten de EER, tenzij anders vermeld.

Cookies, of vergelijkbare technieken, die wij gebruiken

Op onze website worden technische, functionele, Analytics en tracking cookies gebruikt. Een cookie is een klein tekstbestand dat bij het eerste bezoek aan deze website wordt opgeslagen op uw computer, tablet of smartphone. De cookies die wij gebruiken zijn o.a. noodzakelijk voor de technische werking van de website en uw gebruiksgemak. Gegevens inzien, aanpassen of verwijderen

U heeft het recht om uw persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen. Daarnaast heeft u het recht om uw eventuele toestemming voor de gegevensverwerking in te trekken of bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens door Wemeco Products BV en heeft u het recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Dat betekent dat u bij ons een verzoek kunt indienen om de persoonsgegevens die wij van u beschikken in een computerbestand naar u of een ander, door u genoemde organisatie, te sturen.

U kunt een verzoek tot inzage, correctie, verwijdering, gegevensoverdraging van uw persoonsgegevens of verzoek tot intrekking van uw toestemming of bezwaar op de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens sturen naar info@wempro.eu.

Om er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek tot inzage door u is gedaan, vragen wij u een kopie van uw identiteitsbewijs met het verzoek mee te sturen. Maak in deze kopie uw pasfoto, MRZ (machine readable zone, de strook met nummers onderaan het paspoort), paspoortnummer en Burgerservicenummer (BSN) zwart. Dit ter bescherming van uw privacy. We reageren zo snel mogelijk, maar binnen vier weken, op uw verzoek.

Uiteraard zijn wij ook in staat om de traptreden in de door u gewenste klantspecifieke afmetingen te produceren. Voor zowel de hoogte als de breedte geldt dat deze vrij gekozen kunnen worden.

Met behulp van onze wemStep® Configurator kunt u naast de standaard traptreden ook heel eenvoudig uw eigen traptreden samenstellen. De configurator berekent tevens de bijbehorende maximale belasting. Daarnaast ontvangt u met een druk op de knop uw klantspecifieke dxf, STEP of BIM file die u voor uw eigen tekening kunt gebruiken. Ook krijgt u de complete bestektekst en productspecificaties van de geconfigureerde trede.

When both the front and back of the tread are bent twice, we speak of a double setting. Bends

wemStep® Spindle treads are available in two different designs: single and double-folded profiles. When both the front and back of the tread are bent twice, we refer to it as a double fold. This technique not only results in improved load-bearing capacity and stiffness of the tread but also in a beautifully rounded finish.
